By accessing or using the HBMS mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood,
and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. App Overview
HBMS is a mobile application developed by Shri Hardev Digital Services (SHDS) for authorized bus owners
and UPSRTC personnel under valid work orders. The app provides secure access to:
- View calculated bill amounts for defined UPSRTC billing periods
- View detailed bill calculations and processed values
- Access the official UPSRTC bill via secure in-app WebView
- Region, Depot, HQ, and Bus Owner dashboards as per role permissions
2. Authorization & Work Order Scope
SHDS operates under official UPSRTC work orders for specific regions. The HBMS application:
- Displays data received through UPSRTC regional, depot, and HQ workflows
- Processes billing calculations strictly as per UPSRTC formats and guidelines
- Operates only within the awarded regional scope
- Does not represent UPSRTC beyond the given work order boundaries
3. User Eligibility
Access to HBMS is strictly limited to:
- Registered UPSRTC bus owners
- Authorized UPSRTC officials (Depot, Region, HQ)
- Authorized SHDS Admin users
Unauthorized use, login sharing, or access attempts are strictly prohibited.
4. Data & Bill Information
- Bill data is processed through the official HBMS Web Application developed by SHDS
- All operational data (bus run, schedules, attendance, etc.) originates from UPSRTC offices
- HBMS displays the final official UPSRTC bill exactly as issued
- SHDS does not alter, override, or approve any official bill
- Any disputes must be addressed with the concerned UPSRTC authority
5. Period-Based Billing View
HBMS provides billing information according to UPSRTC-defined billing periods such as:
- January-2026 (1st Period)
- January-2026 (2nd Period)
- February-2026 (1st Period)
- February-2026 (2nd Period)
These periods are pre-defined by UPSRTC, and users can view only the billing cycles assigned to their
region, depot, or bus owner profile.
6. Payments Disclaimer
- HBMS does not collect payments
- HBMS does not process transactions
- HBMS does not guarantee payment release dates
- All payments are handled exclusively by UPSRTC
7. User Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Use the app only for authorized official purposes
- Do not share, copy, or misuse bill data
- Do not attempt unauthorized data access or manipulation
8. Intellectual Property
- The HBMS app, software code, UI/UX, and branding belong to SHDS
- Billing data and documents belong to UPSRTC and respective regional authorities
9. Limitation of Liability
SHDS shall not be liable for:
- Delays or inaccuracies in source data provided by UPSRTC
- Payment delays or decisions made by UPSRTC
- Any loss arising from reliance on information displayed in HBMS
10. Termination
SHDS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for:
- Misuse of the application
- Violation of these Terms
- Unauthorized access attempts
11. Updates to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of HBMS constitutes acceptance of
updated terms.
