1. Purpose of the Application

HBMS is developed by SHDS for authorized stakeholders of UPSRTC under valid work orders. The application provides secure, role-based access to:

4. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

Bus Owners: Only their bus & billing periods
Depot Officials: Buses under their depot

5. Data Source, Processing & Accuracy

All operational inputs such as bus details, schedules, attendance, and related information originate from the respective UPSRTC Depot, Region, or HQ offices.

Billing calculations, period-wise compilation, and data processing take place within the official HBMS Web Application developed by SHDS as per the UPSRTC work order and approved formats.

The final official UPSRTC bill is displayed through secure WebView without any modification.

HBMS does not generate, edit, or approve any official UPSRTC bills. For any discrepancies, users must contact the concerned UPSRTC office.

6. Bills View According to Periods (Month-Wise Cycles)

HBMS provides billing information based on UPSRTC-defined billing periods, not date-wise selections.

Examples include:

January-2026 (1st Period)
January-2026 (2nd Period)
February-2026 (1st Period)
February-2026 (2nd Period)

Users can view only the billing periods assigned to their profile. Period-wise billing data is generated as per UPSRTC rules and shown exactly through the final official bill via WebView.

No data is shared with third-party advertisers or commercial entities.

HBMS does not collect payments, store financial data, or influence UPSRTC payment release timelines.

12. Third-Party Content

Official UPSRTC bills displayed through WebView are governed by UPSRTC’s policies. HBMS does not control external content.

HBMS is not intended for children. Only authorized UPSRTC personnel and registered bus owners may use the app.
